The Cluny institution is owned and managed by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Cluny, which is a registered society. It comes under the category of Christian Religious Minority Institutions established and administered within the scope and ambit of the Safeguards of the Articles 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitutions.
The school is run by the Superior Sr. Mary Margaret, who is the correspondent of Cluny Convent High School. Sr. Maria Theresa, the principal of the school, is responsible for the overall management of the school. Sr. Rosalia, the headmistress of the primary school, manages the activities of the primary section. The opportunity school, specially run for the mentally challenged children, is integrated with Cluny Convent High School and is headed by Sr. Annis.
